Terms of use

1. What these terms are
These terms are the agreement between you and Victory Personal Protection Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) covering your use of the website at www.victoryprotect.com and anything you buy through it.
By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We own and operate the site. We are a Georgia limited liability company.
2. What this site is for
The site tells you about our training courses and protection-planning services, shows you when they run, and lets you book and pay for them. That is all it does. There are no forums, no message boards, no user-generated content, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities, insurance, or investment.
We may change, add, or remove parts of the site at any time.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you sign in with a one-time link we email you. There is no password to choose, to remember, or to have stolen.
Keep control of the email address you sign in with — anyone with access to it can access your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gotten into your account.
Your account is for you. Do not share access with someone else so they can obtain training or pricing intended for you. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused, or that is used to make fraudulent bookings.
4. Booking and payment
- What you buy here. This site takes payment for protection-planning packages and Academy places. Our USCCA-certified courses are registered and paid for on the USCCA’s own website — when you follow one of those links you are buying from them, not from us, and their terms and refund policy apply.
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the course or package page. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add hidden fees. If sales tax applies to what you are buying, it is shown to you before you pay, not added afterwards.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Your seat is reserved when your payment succeeds, not when you fill in the form. The confirmation email we send you is the record of your booking. If you do not receive one, contact us before assuming you have a seat.
- Class sizes are limited and seats are allocated in the order payments complete.
- If a price or a course description is obviously wrong — a typo that puts a $250 course at $2.50, say — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the error. We will tell you promptly if that happens. Cancel more than 24 hours before a class starts and we refund you in full. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show up, there is no refund. Cancellations, transfers, and weather calls are covered in full by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Attending training
Firearms training carries real risk. These rules exist because of that, and they are not negotiable.
To attend a course you must:
- Be legally allowed to possess a firearm and ammunition under federal and Georgia law.
- Be old enough for the course you booked. Some courses carry a minimum age set by law or by the body that certifies them. Talk to us before you book for anyone under 18: a parent or legal guardian has to make the booking, sign for them, and be present.
- Sign our liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before taking part. It is a separate document from these terms, and it is signed on paper at the range on the day. We do not collect it through this website.
- Follow all range rules, all safety directions from the instructor, and the rules of the facility we are using.
- Arrive sober. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any drug that impairs judgment or coordination will not be allowed on the line.
We may remove you from a course, without a refund, if you behave unsafely, refuse a safety instruction, or put another student, an instructor, or yourself at risk. That decision rests with the instructor and it is final. Safety is not a matter of opinion on our range.
You are responsible for the equipment you bring and for making sure it is safe and in working order. We may inspect it and may decline to let you use it.
6. Training is education, not advice
This matters, so it is stated plainly.
Our courses — including The Legal Use of Force — are education. They are not legal advice. Nothing we teach, publish, or say creates an attorney-client relationship. The law on the use of force is fact-specific and changes; what applies to a real situation you face is a question for a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, not for a classroom.
Likewise, our protection-planning services are advisory. We help you think through risks and plan for them. We do not guarantee any outcome, and completing our training does not guarantee your safety or the safety of anyone else. No training does.
Completing a course does not by itself grant you any licence or permit. Whether you may carry a firearm, and where, is governed by state and federal law and by the agencies that issue permits.
7. Our content
The text, photographs, course materials, logo, and design on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Some course materials are the United States Concealed Carry Association’s curriculum, used under our instructor agreement with them; those materials belong to the USCCA, not to us.
You may read the site, print pages, and save copies for your own personal use. You may not copy our course materials, republish our content, sell it, teach from it, or feed it into a product of your own without our written permission. Our name and logo are ours; do not use them to suggest we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.
Requests for permission: info@victoryprotect.com.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to scrape it systematically, to impersonate anyone, or to try to get at other people’s information. Do not try to find or exploit security holes — if you believe you have found one, please tell us instead, at info@victoryprotect.com.
9. Links and third parties
Some of our courses are registered through the USCCA on its own website, and some of our training takes place at River Bend Gun Club. When you leave our site or attend a third-party facility, that organization’s own terms, policies, and rules apply. We are not responsible for their websites, their content, or their availability.
10. No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that a schedule shown here is final — dates and instructors can change.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. The liability waiver you sign before training is a separate agreement and governs the training itself.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, and except as stated in section 10:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this website.
- Our total liability arising out of the website or anything you buy through it is limited to the amount you paid us for the course or service the claim relates to, in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the site, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one posted here, with the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will email anyone with an account or an active booking. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones in force when you paid.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Dawson County, Georgia, and you and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — most things are settled with an email.
There is no mandatory arbitration clause in these terms and no class-action waiver, and there is no shortened deadline for bringing a claim. You keep the rights the law gives you.
15. The rest
- If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- These terms are the whole agreement between us about the website, alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. The liability waiver and any signed course agreement govern the training itself.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours if the business is sold.
- Notices to us go to info@victoryprotect.com.
